Privacy at SignalRivet
Clear about what we collect and why.
We designed this site to collect only what we need to respond to inquiries, operate the site, improve the experience, and protect it from abuse.

Information you choose to send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, business name, problem description, and optional budget you submit. If you use the chatbot, we receive the text you enter. If you provide an email address in chat after asking to be contacted, that email can be included with the contact alert.
Limited site measurement
SignalRivet records a small set of first-party interaction events such as page views, reaching key sections, opening a demo, changing language or appearance mode, opening the chatbot, and starting or successfully sending the contact form. These measurement events do not include the text you type into forms or chat.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may still process normal network and diagnostic information, such as IP addresses, as part of operating and securing the service.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, understand what visitors find useful, improve SignalRivet, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and protect the site. We do not sell personal information.
AI-assisted features
The chatbot and certain interactive demonstrations can send the text you enter to a server-side AI service to generate a response. SignalRivet currently routes those requests through OpenRouter to an AI model provider. Do not enter passwords, payment details, account numbers, confidential business information, or other sensitive data into public demos or chat.
Contact notifications
Contact-form submissions and explicit chatbot contact requests can be delivered to a private SignalRivet Discord channel through a server-side webhook so we can see and respond to inquiries promptly. The webhook itself is not exposed in the website source.
Service providers
SignalRivet uses service providers needed to operate the site, including Netlify for hosting and server-side functions, OpenRouter and model providers for AI-assisted features, and Discord for private inquiry notifications. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the service. Hosting and service-provider logs follow their own retention settings. You can choose to contact us by email instead of using chat, and you can ask us to correct or delete inquiry information we control.
Security
Secrets such as API keys and webhook URLs are kept server-side rather than in browser code. We also use validation, rate limits, and other controls on public submission endpoints. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
