About SignalRivet

Built from both
sides of the problem.

SignalRivet grew from combining systems thinking with process discipline, then applying both to ordinary business problems.

Start with what is making the work harder. Look at how people, process, and tools can work better together.

Andre Fitzgerald

Founder, SignalRivet

I started in IT, where I learned to troubleshoot systems, find the real cause of problems, and make technology work the way people actually need it to work.

Later, I moved into Quality, where the focus was clear processes, traceability, consistency, documentation, root cause, corrective action, and making sure problems stay fixed.

Those two disciplines shaped how I look at business problems and how I try to make a useful fix repeatable.

IT taught me how to troubleshoot systems. Quality taught me how to make the fix repeatable.

Real problems are often connected

It's rarely just one issue.

A problem in one area can be a symptom of something else. We look at the bigger picture to find a useful, practical way forward.

Missed callback?

Could be a customer-service process issue.

Inventory issue?

Could point to a process or systems problem.

Repeated mistake?

Could be a quality problem that needs a lasting fix.

Manual task?

Could be a good place to consider automation.

Several connected?

Often more than one part of the work is involved.

The idea

You may not need a department.
You need the function.

Sometimes the right function is Quality. Sometimes it's IT, Operations, Customer Service, reporting, automation, continuity, or a combination.

Operations

Smoother daily work and clearer ownership.

Quality

Consistency, traceability, and fewer repeat issues.

IT & systems

Reliable systems that support your people.

Reporting

Clearer information for everyday decisions.

Customer service

Fewer missed calls and clearer responses.

Automation

Take repeatable work off your plate.

Our approach

Optimize before you expand.

Before adding more software, complexity, staff, or cost, ask whether the people, processes, and tools already in place can work better together. We begin with what is making the business harder to run and find the right next step from there.

How we work
A bright workspace set up for focused planning
A quiet workspace at sunset

Practical support. A useful next step.
